Push the lower pivot pin out completely and slide the linkage open. 3. Remove the existing elastomer. 4. Replace the elastomer, ensuring the concave recess on top fits around the seat clamp assembly. 5. Close the linkage around the new elastomer, aligning the lower pivot holes. 6. Grease and reinstall the lower pivot pin. 7. Insert the screw pin at the front of the post and tighten it to 2 N/m.
